one of the best birthday gifts from my parents.
haha, would anyone believe that i’m over 5?
its the simple things, the meaning, the thought, if only the world was more about that than the superficial things.
thoughtful gifts ftw.
ballons mean: happiness, celebration, memories, songs, smiles, hugs, love, candles, cake.
cotton candy :)
one of the best birthday gifts ever from my little sister.
the reason i love carnivals.
its just happiness, so light, fluffy, and pink haha.
the gift of innocence and sugar!
To end off our epic touring of the Toronto Annex back on Yonge street for a happy birthday bubble tea party for two playaaass ahah :)
Traditions. Stories. Shares. Growth. Friends. Bros.
My warm cup of rose bubble tea, with my Taiwanese green tea shaved ice with red bean.
Warm tea soothing of course but the rose, well of course I mean it’s my birth flower and it smells like love is possible.
Taiwanese shaved ice, is sweet but beany haha. A dessert with different textures and flavours that just melt and mush in your mouth. Yum ! Makes you feel like you’re 5, still discovering new desserts :)
Taste, smell, and share.
Thank you for the conversations.
I died and time travelled!
Oh, seriously. R&B. Harmonies. Soul Anthems.
It’s thee The Temptations.
I flipped out. Honestly, I appreciate music, especially back then, but I’m not a music junkie. But The Temptations, on a 12” vinyl record, oh let me tell you music just isn’t like this anymore.
Horns, trumpets, harmonies. I love The Temptations, so to hear them the way they were heard back in the day, the feeling, it felt like I died and time travelled.
The crackling of the horns, in combination with the vocals, uhhhh you just become engulfed.
If you wanna time travel, just listen to The Temptations on vinyl.
Classics, the way they were meant to be heard.
Flippin’ thru records. Hours just spent.
If you know me. You’ll know I have a passion for old time classics 50s to 80s music.
Listening to songs the way they were back in the day, is just so rich. The sound its so, real.
Paul McCartney, Elton John and Barry White.
Random records, but wanted to note that these were my first 12” vinyls.
If you get the opportunity to listen to any of these records, listen to those raspy vocals offset with those guitar strings.
You feel those vibrations.
