1. Go to Baskin Robinns, purchase a waffle cone - 49 cents
2. Go to Mc Donalds, purchase a fudge sundae  - $ 1.49 
3. Ask for an extra cup to act as a stand. 
4. Grab tissues or in my case picked up a Richtree paper bag to hold the cone in place in the extra cup.
5. Carefully move contents of fudge sundae into cone.
6. Voila! Bon Appetite! Enjoy your under $3 fudge waffle ice cream cone!
